Our structured learning & development programme ensures that we have strong internal progression in EAT. You could move from running your own shop to becoming an Operations Manager and our Group Manager programme will help you do this.

As a hands-on manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the smooth running of all day to day operations of the store.
You’ll be dedicated and passionate about growing your own business, developing your people and managing your teams. A true leader, you will engage and inspire your team to be their very best and ultimately, deliver the best customer service on the high street.
We believe our Assistant Managers are the General Managers of the future. As well as supporting your General Manager with the daily running of the shop, you will take a lead role in developing your team and ensuring they are engaged and happy.
